Connecticut High School Baseball - Pomfret School loses to Williston Northampton

The Pomfret School Griffins baseball team (Pomfret, CT), was overwhelmed 12-2 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Williston Northampton Wildcats (Easthampton, MA)

The Wildcats now hold a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salisbury School for a Western New England outing on Saturday, April 29. Williston Northampton will face a Crimson Knights team coming off a 12-2 league win over Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA). The Crimson Knights record now stands at 9-3.

Next, the Griffins face the Frederick Gunn Highlanders (Washington, CT) in a Western New England outing, on Saturday, April 29. Pomfret School will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Highlanders enter the outing with a 1-9 record after their 2-0 league loss to Millbrook School (Millbrook, NY).
