Valley View Blazers (Jonesboro, AR) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Marion Patriots (Marion, AR), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Blazers confront the Nettleton Raiders (Jonesboro, AR) in a 5A East challenge, on Tuesday, May 2. Valley View will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record.

The Patriots now have a 8-11 record. They take the field next when they host Greene County Tech for a 5A East challenge on Tuesday, May 2.
