The Westlake Demons lacrosse team scored 10 points and held the visiting Bay Rockets to 3 in the Demons league win on Friday.
The Demons (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Solon (Solon, OH). The Comets go into the non-league match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Solon was overwhelmed by Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 9-6, in a non-league match.
The Rockets (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Southview (Sylvania, OH). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Southview nudged Bowling Green (Bowling Green, OH), 13-11, in a league match.
