In Friday's non-league test, the host Bear River Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs.
The Bears now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Logan for a 4A North test on Wednesday, May 3. Bear River will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-11.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 2. Judge Memorial Catholic will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 17-6 league win over West Jordan (West Jordan, UT).
