In Friday's league contest, the Warner Wildcats (Warner Springs, CA) softball team held off the host Julian Eagles (Julian, CA), by a margin of 1-0.
With the triumph, Warner moves its record to 1-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Borrego Springs (Borrego Springs, CA) to play the Rams in a Manzanita contest on Wednesday, May 3. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 8-5. Borrego Springs won 19-10 in their recent league contest against Vincent Memorial (Calexico, CA)
In their next game, the Eagles play the Vincent Memorial Scots (Calexico, CA) in a Manzanita test, on Wednesday, May 3. Julian will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
