The Tell City Marksmen softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Perry Central Commodores to 2 in the Marksmen non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Tell City moves its record to 8-7 on the year. The Marksmen travel to Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN) to clash with the Braves in a Pocket game on Monday, May 1. The Braves come into the game with a record of 9-8.

In their next game, the Commodores clash with the Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 1. Perry Central will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Hornets come into the game with a 13-7 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Henderson County (Henderson, KY).
