The Saranac Lake Red Storm softball team (Saranac Lake, NY), was tipped 2-1 in Friday's league test with the host Saranac Chiefs (Saranac, NY)
Coming up next, the Chiefs encounter the Ticonderoga Sentinels (Ticonderoga, NY) in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I test, on Tuesday, May 2. Saranac will attempt to improve on its 7-1 season record. The Sentinels come into the test with a 4-3 record after their 6-4 league win over Northeastern Clinton (Champlain, NY).
The Red Storm (3-3) will now prepare for their test against AuSable Valley (Clintonville, NY). The Patriots come into the Section 7 Champlain Valley I test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, AuSable Valley was tipped by Peru (Peru, NY), 20-2, in a league test.
