Pennsylvania High School Softball - Catasauqua gets by Northwestern Lehigh

The Catasauqua Rough Riders got by the host Northwestern Lehigh Tigers softball squad by a count of 2-1 in Sunday's league battle.
The Rough Riders (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Palmerton (Palmerton, PA). The Blue Bombers go into the Colonial - West battle with a 13-1 record. In their last battle, Palmerton nudged Palisades (Kintnersville, PA), 1-0, in a league battle.
The Tigers now sport a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Salisbury Township for a Colonial - West battle on Monday, April 29. Northwestern Lehigh will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Louis E. Dieruff (Allentown, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-12.
