North Carolina High School Baseball - Brevard loses to R-S Central

R-S Central Hilltoppers (Rutherfordton, NC) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC), 7-1 in a league match.
With the triumph, R-S Central advances its record to 15-6 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to McDowell (Marion, NC) to battle the Titans in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 29. The Titans come into the match with a record of 8-12. McDowell lost 8-5 in their recent league match against Erwin (Asheville, NC)
The Blue Devils now have a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chase for a Mountain Foothills 7 1A/2A match on Tuesday, April 29. Brevard will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 9-13.
