The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV) and the host Chapmanville Regional Tigers (Chapmanville, WV), saw Nitro's baseball team gain a win over Chapmanville Regional by a tally of 8-0.

The Wildcats (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against South Charleston (South Charleston, WV). The Black Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, South Charleston was overwhelmed by Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV), 4-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Tigers face the Winfield Generals (Winfield, WV) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Chapmanville Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record.
