Virginia High School Baseball - Council loses to Rye Cove

Rye Cove Eagles (Clinchport, VA) followers left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Council Cobras (Council, VA), 13-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Rye Cove moves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Eagles host Thomas Walker (Ewing, VA) to battle the Pioneers in a Cumberland match on Tuesday, April 29. The Pioneers come into the match with a record of 2-8.
The Cobras now possess a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 29.
