The Oxford Wildcats baseball squad (Oxford, KS), was overwhelmed 13-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Little River Redskins (Little River, KS)

With the triumph, Little River moves its record to 16-0 on the season. The Redskins travel to Sedgwick (Sedgwick, KS) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 6. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 19-0.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Elk for a South Central Border contest on Thursday, May 1. Oxford will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Erie (Erie, KS). The Patriots record now stands at 3-9.
