The Thomaston Bears baseball squad (Thomaston, CT), was overwhelmed 11-1 in Monday's league contest with the host Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT)
With the triumph, Nonnewaug moves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Chiefs host Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT) to confront the Spartans in a Berkshire contest on Wednesday, April 30. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 8-2.
