The Old Orchard Beach Seagulls (Old Orchard Beach, ME) baseball got by the visiting Waynflete Flyers (Portland, ME), 10-9 in Monday's league challenge.
The Seagulls now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Traip for a Class C South challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Old Orchard Beach will clash with a Rangers team coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Lake Region (Naples, ME). The Rangers record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Waynflete drops to 2-1 on the year. The Flyers host St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME) to clash with the Saints in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Saints go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. St. Dominic won 6-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Buckfield (Buckfield, ME)
