In Monday's league game, the host Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn Rockets baseball team scored a nice 18-8 win over the Putnam County Panthers.

The Rockets (12-8) will now prepare for their game against Seneca (Seneca, IL). The Fighting Irish go into the Tri-County game with a 8-13 record. In their last game, Seneca was overwhelmed by Dwight (Dwight, IL), 7-0, in a league game.
