The Gardiner Tigers lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the host Erskine Academy Eagles to 6 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Tigers now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Brunswick for a Class B outing on Wednesday, April 30. Gardiner will face a Dragons squad coming off a 14-5 non-league loss to Maranacook (Readfield, ME). The Dragons record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Erskine Academy falls to 2-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Lawrence (Fairfield, ME) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 30. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Lawrence lost 15-5 in their recent non-league outing against Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME)
