Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the host Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC), 6-5 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Pine Lake Prep advances its record to 3-9 on the season. The Pride travel to Hough (Cornelius, NC) to play the Huskies in a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont game on Wednesday, April 30. The Huskies come into the game with a record of 10-3. Hough won 18-3 in their recent league game against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC)

The Eagles now sport a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davidson Day for a non-league game on Thursday, May 1. Lincoln Charter will play a Patriots team coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Cannon (Concord, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 6-9.
