Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC), 9-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Cornerstone Charter moves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC) to clash with the Wolves in a Northwest Piedmont 1A test on Thursday, May 1. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 8-4. Bethany Community won 4-0 in their recent league test against Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC)

The Bobcats now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop McGuinness for a Northwest Piedmont 1A test on Tuesday, April 29. Piedmont Classical will clash with a Villains team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Villains record now stands at 13-3.
