The Gretna East Griffins (Gretna, NE) baseball trounced the host Standing Bear Grizzlies (Lincoln, NE), 15-4 in Monday's league challenge.

The Griffins now own a 18-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gretna for a challenge on Monday, April 28. Gretna East will clash with a Dragons team coming off a 4-3 league win over Blair (Blair, NE). The Dragons record now stands at 3-11.

With the defeat, Standing Bear drops to 10-10 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Elkhorn (Elkhorn, NE) to clash with the Antlers in a challenge on Monday, April 28.
