The Halifax County Comets baseball squad (South Boston, VA), was edged 6-5 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Tunstall Trojans (Dry Fork, VA)

With the triumph, Tunstall moves its record to 14-1 on the season. The Trojans host Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 6. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 4-6.

The Comets now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Magna Vista for a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 30.
