The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV) and the visiting Loudoun Valley Vikings (Purcellville, VA), saw Washington's baseball team get by Loudoun Valley by a tally of 16-15.
The Patriots (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Hedgesville held off Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD), 9-5, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Vikings face the Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Loudoun Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Captains enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 10-7 non-league win over Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV).
