Virginia High School Lacrosse - Battlefield overwhelms Patriot

April 28, 2025: Haymarket, VA 20169

The Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA) lacrosse routed the visiting Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA), 12-2 in Monday's league outing.

The Bobcats now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freedom for a Cedar Run outing on Thursday, May 1. Battlefield will face a Eagles squad coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to South County (Lorton, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.

The Pioneers (5-6) will now prepare for their test against Unity Reed (Manassas, VA). The Lions enter the Cedar Run test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Unity Reed was overwhelmed by Gainesville (Gainesville, VA), 19-4, in a league test.
