In Monday's non-league match, the Northmont Thunderbolts (Clayton, OH) lacrosse team edged the host Xenia Buccaneers (Xenia, OH), by a tally of 12-11.
Next up, the Thunderbolts confront the Springboro Panthers (Springboro, OH) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 30. Northmont will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 1-10 record after their 12-7 league loss to Milford (Milford, OH).
The Buccaneers (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Seven Hills (Cincinnati, OH). The Stingers enter the non-league match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Seven Hills was tipped by Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH), 15-3, in a league match.
