The Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) lacrosse nudged the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), 10-9 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Greyhounds now own a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Oconee for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 1. Pope will face a Titans squad coming off a 12-6 league win over Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA). The Titans record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Sequoyah falls to 7-11 on the year.
