The Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) lacrosse routed the visiting West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC), 13-5 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Pioneers now own a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Lincoln for a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills outing on Tuesday, April 29. Watauga will face a Knights squad coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, West Stokes falls to 7-7 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC) to face the Wildcats in a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont outing on Thursday, May 1. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 3-11. Eastern Guilford lost 13-0 in their recent league outing against Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC)
