North Carolina High School Softball - South Mecklenburg bounces Berry

The South Mecklenburg Sabres softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Berry Cardinals to 1 in the Sabres league win on Monday.
The Sabres now sport a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Myers Park for a So Meck 4A battle on Tuesday, April 29. South Mecklenburg will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 15-0 league win over Olympic (Charlotte, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-9.
With the loss, Berry moves to 7-14 on the season.
