Centreville Bulldogs (Centreville, MI) supporters left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Marcellus Wildcats (Marcellus, MI), 13-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, Centreville improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Mendon (Mendon, MI) to play the Hornets in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 30. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 10-1. Mendon won 11-7 in their recent non-league game against Three Rivers (Three Rivers, MI)

The Wildcats now hold a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Decatur for a Southwest 10 game on Thursday, May 1. Marcellus will play a Raiders squad coming off a 13-1 league win over Bangor (Bangor, MI). The Raiders record now stands at 9-8.
