St. Joseph Academy Flashes (St. Augustine, FL) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Countryside Christian Minutemen (Gainesville, FL), 15-5 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, St. Joseph Academy improves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Flashes travel to Peniel Baptist Academy (Palatka, FL) to face the Warriors in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 30. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 18-6. Peniel Baptist Academy won 16-1 in their recent non-league game against Saint Francis Catholic (Gainesville, FL)
The Minutemen now hold a 8-9 record.
