In Monday's league match, the host Delhi Hawks softball team scored a nice 23-0 win over the Modesto Christian Crusaders.

The Hawks (4-13) will now prepare for their match against Denair (Denair, CA). The Coyotes come into the Southern Athletic League match with a 11-8 record. In their last match, Denair notched a victory over Waterford (Waterford, CA), 16-3, in a league match.

In their next game, the Crusaders confront the Stone Ridge Christian Knights (Merced, CA) in a Southern Athletic League match, on Wednesday, May 7. Modesto Christian will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record.
