In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Middlesex Bluejays softball team scored a nice 27-17 win over the Dunellen Destroyers.
The Bluejays (9-5) will now prepare for their match against Perth Amboy (Perth Amboy, NJ). The Panthers come into the GMC - Blue match with a 9-4 record. In their last match, Perth Amboy notched a victory over East Brunswick Vo-Tech (East Brunswick, NJ), 7-4, in a league match.
In their next game, the Destroyers battle the New Brunswick Zebra (New Brunswick, NJ) in a GMC - Silver match, on Wednesday, April 30. Dunellen will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Zebra come into the match with a 4-8 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ).
