The Fairfield Indians triumphed over the visiting Middletown Middies softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Sycamore Aviators (Cincinnati, OH) in a Greater Miami challenge, on Wednesday, April 30. Fairfield will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Aviators enter the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH).

The Middies (0-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakota East (Liberty Township, OH). The Thunderhawks enter the Greater Miami challenge with a 9-7 record. In their last challenge, Lakota East overcame Princeton (Cincinnati, OH), 14-4, in a league challenge.
