The crowd at Monday's league bout between the McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD) and the visiting Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD), observed McDonough's softball team prevail over Great Mills by a tally of 14-4.

The Rams (5-7) will now prepare for their bout against Lackey (Indian Head, MD). The Chargers go into the Southern Maryland bout with a 5-9 record. In their last bout, Lackey knocked off Westlake (Waldorf, MD), 21-11, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD) in a Southern Maryland bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Great Mills will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 8-7 league win over Great Mills (Great Mills, MD).
