In Monday's non-league test, the Henrico Warriors (Richmond, VA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Petersburg Crimson Wave (Petersburg, VA), by a tally of 24-14.
Next, the Warriors meet the John Marshall Justices (Richmond, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 1. Henrico will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Justices go into the test with a 2-5 record after their 23-0 non-league loss to Southampton (Courtland, VA).
The Crimson Wave (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Knights go into the Central test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Thomas Dale was routed by Powhatan (Powhatan, VA), 9-2, in a non-league test.
