In Monday's league match, the host North Kitsap Vikings softball team scored a nice 10-2 victory over the Kingston Buccaneers.

The Vikings (11-3) will now prepare for their match against Port Angeles (Port Angeles, WA). The Roughriders go into the 2A Olympic match with a 11-2 record. In their last match, Port Angeles was routed by Olympic (Bremerton, WA), 11-9, in a league match.

In their next game, the Buccaneers battle the North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA) in a 2A Olympic match, on Thursday, May 1. Kingston will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the match with a 9-5 record after their 15-14 league win over Bremerton (Bremerton, WA).
