In Monday's league test, the St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) softball squad overwhelmed the host Marlboro Mustangs (Marlboro, NJ), by a tally of 9-0.
Next, the Lancers clash with the Red Bank Catholic Caseys (Red Bank, NJ) in a Shore - A North test, on Wednesday, April 30. St. John-Vianney will attempt to advance on its 8-1 season record. The Caseys go into the test with a 12-1 record after their 8-0 league win over Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ).
The Mustangs (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Freehold Township (Freehold, NJ). The Patriots go into the Shore - A North test with a 2-9 record.
