In Monday's league match, the visiting Park Ridge Owls softball team scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Midland Park Panthers.
The Owls (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ). The Cougars go into the NJIC - Patriot match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Cresskill was routed by Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ), 16-5, in a league match.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the River Dell Golden Hawks (Oradell, NJ) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 30. Midland Park will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Golden Hawks go into the match with a 7-8 record after their 5-0 league loss to Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ).
