The Franklin County Lions baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Coahulla Creek Colts to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions (24-6) will now prepare for their match against Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA). The Colts go into the non-league match with a 13-14 record. In their last match, Coahulla Creek was overwhelmed by Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA), 9-8, in a league match.
The Colts (13-16) will now prepare for their match against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA). The Lions go into the non-league match with a 22-6 record. In their last match, Franklin County ran past East Jackson (Commerce, GA), 9-2, in a league match.
