North Carolina High School Baseball - East Columbus tipped by South Columbus

The East Columbus Gators baseball team (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 8-6 in Friday's league outing with the host South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC)

The Stallions now hold a 5-14 record. They take the field next when they host Whiteville for a Waccamaw 1A/2A outing on Tuesday, May 3. South Columbus will face a Wolfpack team coming off a 5-2 league win over Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 15-3.

Next, the Gators face the West Columbus Vikings (Cerro Gordo, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A outing, on Tuesday, May 3. East Columbus will attempt to advance on its 7-10 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 5-12 record after their 11-5 league win over Pender (Burgaw, NC).
