The Iola Mustangs crushed the host Neodesha Blue Streaks baseball team by a count of 11-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Wellsville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 3. Iola will face a Eagles team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Santa Fe Trail (Carbondale, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 3-8.

Next, the Blue Streaks face the Cherryvale Chargers (Cherryvale, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 6. Neodesha will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Chargers enter the bout with a 4-7 record after their 7-2 league win over Bluestem (Leon, KS).
