In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Sedgwick Cardinals baseball team scored a tight 17-12 victory over the Remington Broncos.
The Cardinals (13-1) will now prepare for their game against Chaparral (Anthony, KS). The Roadrunners go into the non-league game with a 1-13 record. In their last game, Chaparral was overwhelmed by Wichita HomeSchool (Wichita, KS), 6-5, in a non-league game.
The Broncos (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Bennington (Bennington, KS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 3-11 record. In their last game, Bennington was overwhelmed by Inman (Inman, KS), 24-15, in a league battle.
