Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Arapahoe Warriors (Centennial, CO), 11-3 in a league test.
With the win, Cherokee Trail upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Cougars host ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO) to battle the Grizzlies in a non-league test on Monday, May 2. The Grizzlies come into the test with a record of 1-9. ThunderRidge lost 15-5 in their recent non-league test against Chaparral (Parker, CO)
With the defeat, Arapahoe falls to 6-7 on the season. The Warriors host Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO) to battle the Raptors in a non-league test on Saturday, April 30. The Raptors come into the test with a record of 0-11. Eaglecrest lost 11-10 in their recent league test against Grandview (Aurora, CO)
