In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Squalicum Storm baseball team scored a tight 17-14 victory over the Meridian Trojans.
The Storm (8-9) will now prepare for their game against Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Burlington-Edison by Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA), 7-3, in a non-league game.
The Trojans (4-9) will now prepare for their game against Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Mountaineers go into the non-league game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Mt. Baker tipped Lakewood (Arlington, WA), 15-6, in a non-league game.
