The New Hanover Wildcats the visiting West Brunswick Trojans baseball team by a count of 7-5 in Friday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ashley for a bout on Tuesday, May 3. New Hanover will face a Screaming Eagle team coming off a 13-3 league win over Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle record now stands at 14-3.
Next, the Trojans face the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) in a bout, on Tuesday, May 3. West Brunswick will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Scorpions enter the bout with a 7-10 record after their 8-7 league loss to Topsail (Hampstead, NC).
