The Matignon Warriors lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the visiting Archbishop Williams Bishops to 9 in the Warriors league win on Friday.
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Archbishop Williams (Braintree, MA). The Bishops go into the Catholic Central game with a 5-7 record.
The Bishops (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Fenwick (Peabody, MA). The Crusaders go into the Catholic Central game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Bishop Fenwick prevailed over Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA), 9-5, in a league game.
