The Massac County Patriots softball team (Metropolis, IL), 3-1 in Friday's league test with the visiting Murphysboro Red Devils (Murphysboro, IL)

Coming up next, the Red Devils encounter the Anna-Jonesboro Wildcats (Anna, IL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 3. Murphysboro will attempt to improve on its 15-9 season record.
