In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Sublette Larks softball team scored a nice 33-15 win over the Stanton County Trojans.

Coming up next, the Larks encounter the Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS) in a non-league outing, on Monday, May 2. Sublette will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 2-10 record after their 10-0 league loss to Osage City (Osage City, KS).

The Trojans (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Elkhart (Elkhart, KS). The Wildcats enter the Hi-Plains outing with a 1-11 record. In their last outing, Elkhart was routed by Southwestern Heights (Kismet, KS), 16-6, in a league outing.
