The Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) volleyball nudged the visiting Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Benet Academy upgrades its record to 14-8 on the year. The Redwings travel to Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL) to face the Raiders in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 29. The Raiders go into the outing with a record of 16-3. Glenbard South won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Fremd (Palatine, IL)
The Vikings now own a 22-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hononegah for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 29. Niles North will face a Indians squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL). The Indians record now stands at 15-4.
