In Saturday's league contest, the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) softball team overwhelmed the host Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV), by a margin of 21-3.

With the triumph, Lowry moves its record to 15-5 on the year. The Buckaroos travel to South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA) to play the Vikings in a contest on Tuesday, May 2. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 0-2.

In their next game, the Greenwave play the Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV) in a contest, on Saturday, May 6. Churchill County will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Spartans come into the contest with a 5-6 record after their 12-1 league win over Fernley (Fernley, NV).
