The Morse Shipbuilders softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Medomak Valley Panthers to 4 in the Shipbuilders league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Morse improves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Shipbuilders host Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME) to clash with the Raiders in a Class B South game on Wednesday, May 3. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 3-2. Fryeburg won 6-0 in their recent league game against Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME) in a Class B South game, on Monday, May 1. Medomak Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 0-2 record after their 7-2 league loss to Leavitt (Turner, ME).
