Ohio High School Softball - Northmont bounces Preble Shawnee

The Northmont Thunderbolts routed the visiting Preble Shawnee Arrows softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Thunderbolts (13-8) will now prepare for their battle against Beavercreek (Beavercreek, OH). The Beavers go into the Greater Western Ohio battle with a 12-7 record. In their last battle, Beavercreek notched a victory over Northmont (Clayton, OH), 8-0, in a league battle.

The Arrows now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin Monroe for a Western Ohio Athletic battle on Monday, May 1. Preble Shawnee will confront a Jets squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to Ansonia (Ansonia, OH). The Jets record now stands at 5-15.
